Taffy Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Large can of pineapple chunks
1 1/2 T vinegar
1/2 Cup sugar
1 egg
1 T flour
8 oz cool whip
2 cups chopped apples
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/1/2 cup peanuts (no skins)

Preparation:
Drain pineapple chunks.
Take juice from pineapple and in a 2 quart saucepan add the vinegar, sugar, egg, and flour (to the juice).
Boil until thick.
Cool mixture and add cool whip
Then add chopped apples, pineapple chunks, marshmallows, and peanuts (hint-better if prepared 24 hours in advance)
