Sandwich buns
Thin sliced brown sugar ham
Lorain Swiss chess
Hickory Farms Sweet and Sour Sauce
Hellmann's Mayo

Cut bun without cutting in half and toast.
Spread mayo on both halves - not too much, not too little.
Clump ham on bottom half.
Spread S&S Sauce on ham as if it is jelly.
Add chess
Repeat 2 more times for a total of three layers on bottom half.

On top half add chess, then S&S Sauce then cheese.

Brown in oven under broil setting.
