Chocolate Chip Fudge
5 lbs. (Dot Walzer)
5 cups sugar
1/2 lb butter
1 lrg can evaporated milk
Boil 8 minutes - rolling boil
Add
3 (6 oz) pkgs Chocolate Chips - semi-sweet (not milk)
1 bag reg marshmallows (or 6 cups miniature or 1 7 1/5 g jar of Kraft
fluff)
Beat until melted
Add 1 lb chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla
Pour into buttered 9x13 pan
