EMPI Imp # Unknown - Unknown Owner

Previous owner: Ron Woodall - I bought this assembled from a guy who had done a masterful job building it. He entered it in the local car show and won first prize with it. However, I was using it as a daily driver and the open engine collected slush and mud around the engine which shorted out the spark plug wires and wrenched the crank out of sync. I have never driven a faster (130 mph+) nor more fun car. It is also the cheapest car that I have ever owned. I am dying to get it back on the road. It was built with two tops, a hard top (custom built) and a soft top (gone). The hard top is heavier than the body pan and has limited visibility.
