Parmesan Corn on the Cob RecipeIngredients: Preparation Melt butter in a 1 cup pyrex measuring cup in microwave. Mix in cheese and Italian dressing mix.Remove husks from corn In a microwave safe dish, float corn in water, cover and microwave on high for 13 minutes Remove corn and let stand for 5 minutes Drizzle Parmesan butter sauce on corn. Drizzling allows butter to run over corn leaving cheese and dressing mix behind. We like to drizzle over a row of kernels, eat that row, and drizzle over the next row.
