Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian dressing mix
4 ears corn on the cob
water

Preparation

Melt butter in a 1 cup pyrex measuring cup in microwave. Mix in cheese and Italian dressing mix.
Remove husks from corn
In a microwave safe dish, float corn in water, cover and microwave on high for 13 minutes
Remove corn and let stand for 5 minutes
Drizzle Parmesan butter sauce on corn.


Drizzling allows butter to run over corn leaving cheese and dressing mix behind. We like to drizzle over a row of kernels, eat that row, and drizzle over the next row.
