Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 can regular corn
1 can creamed corn
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 Cup grated swiss cheese (block of gruyere swiss)

Preparation:
Lightly beat eggs
Add corn
Add butter
Add sour cream
Add muffin mix

Pour into 9x13 buttered dish
put cheese on top
(can also put some extra cheese in the batter)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45minutes to 1 hour
